Press and Media Requests

Journalists, film critics, and media professionals seeking accreditation can reach our communications team directly. We provide high-resolution stills, screener access, and interview coordination for accredited media covering the festival.

When emailing your request, include your publication details, coverage plans, and any specific deadlines. If you are requesting an interview with a specific filmmaker or festival director, note this in your subject line. This allows our team to coordinate schedules efficiently.

Press accreditation opens about two months before the festival dates. Early applications receive priority processing.

Partnerships, Community, and Industry Opportunities

The festival thrives on strong alliances with industry leaders and community organizations. We work with brands and institutions that share our commitment to amplifying women's voices in cinema.

If you want to sponsor an award, host an industry panel, or align your organization with independent filmmakers, send us a proposal. Include a brief overview of your organization and the proposed scope of the collaboration. We review partnership inquiries on a rolling basis and tailor each collaboration to meet mutual goals.

For Filmmakers, Audiences, and Festival Supporters

Directors and producers often have questions about submission status, exhibition formats, or premiere requirements. Attendees might need help navigating venue accessibility or purchasing passes. We handle all these operational details through our main support channel.

Our programming staff monitors the primary inbox daily during the festival season. If you are a submitting filmmaker, please include your tracking number or film title in your correspondence to help us locate your record immediately.

Response Expectations, Scope, and Privacy

We read every message that comes through our official channels. During peak festival months, response times may extend to roughly 48 hours due to high volume. Off-season inquiries typically receive a reply within one business day.

We handle your contact information securely and only use it to address your specific inquiry. We do not add email addresses from direct inquiries to our marketing newsletters without explicit consent. Review our Privacy Policy to understand exactly how we manage and protect your data.
