We deliver our recommendations to  Telefilm Canada Feb. 18th - 25th, 2019.

FeFF has held a space for Indigenous filmmakers since 2008 with a dedicated program for our Indigenous sisters. In addition to programming films directed by Indigenous women, FeFF has mentored 26 Indigenous debut filmmakers as part of the Young Filmmaker Development Workshop (YFDW). These films premiere at FeFF. As such, we are honoured to act as a recommender for the Indigenous Stream of Talent To Watch. Guidelines for the Indigenous Stream are the same as those for the main program, except that the writer, director, and producer must all identify as Indigenous. The applications for the Indigenous stream are evaluated by an Indigenous jury.  Applicants for the INDIGENOUS STREAM are encouraged to contact Telefilm’s Content Analyst and Indigenous Liaison, Adam Garnet Jones at:                                                                                            All other queries, please contact FeFF Director, Leslie Ann Coles at:
